Eighth-place finish at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Jensen Ford was one of 27 Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals entries on hand at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) for the Spring Shootout. Scoring a third-place finish in his heat race, Ford locked into the 11th-starting position for the $10,053-to-win A-Main.
