16th place finish with World of Outlaws at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Jensen Ford was one of 51 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries on hand at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the ninth annual Tennessee Tipoff. Grabbing the third and final transfer spot in his heat race, Ford locked into the 14th-starting position for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Unable to gain any ground in the 50-lap affair, Jensen crossed the line in 16th when the checkered flag flew.
